An Oakwood Resources Client Manager will sell new ideas and solutions to the markets we serve. You'll work with our clients to provide best-in-class interim management solutions and combining them, where appropriate, with the knowledge-led solutions available from our consulting partners.
Leveraging your ability to grow a successful desk whilst interfacing with senior-level finance leaders, interims and consultants, you'll enjoy both the financial and non-financial benefits as well as the personal-professional growth that a career with Oakwood Resources affords.
What you bring to the role:
- Five or more years in an interim management or qualified temporary accounting recruitment role, demonstrating progression and results
- Career and financial motivation as well as a drive to grow and progress
- Well-rounded business acumen and the ability to understand, articulate and deliver solutions via a range of different ideas and delivery options
- A self-starting, can-do attitude and drive to develop business relationships, whether via phone, in-person or digital communication (email, social media, digital platforms etc.)
- A desire to contribute to a high-growth and ambitious business, at scale-up stage, with an appetite to grow and develop in line with the business
